You travel, return home or are working on an apprenticeship this summer? Would you like to attend demanding and demanding courses in an online form from all over the globe? This summer semester gives you the chance to pursue your training, stay on your way to your degree and acquire useful language and language abilities such as timing and aim.
We are also inviting other student organizations to join us for the summer sessions.

Usually you will communicate with the teacher and other participants by telephone, e-mail and/or forum. You can find more information in our online study FAQ. You should include: your enquiry to register for an online course, your name, your postal and telephone number. Please enclose a PDF of your certificate (in English and with your latest grades).
Your copy will also be accepted by post or facsimile. It is advisable to put "Online Courses" at the top of the title page of the script. You will be contacted by the Summer College manager who will examine your enquiry and email you to inform you of the outcome. Once you have obtained your registration permit, please return a copy of the permit you obtained from the Summer College principal, along with your registration forms, to B20 Day Hall, Ithaca, NY 14853-2801.
The three weeks of summer sessions (from 30 May) must be paid by 4 May 2018. Payments for the six-week summer sessions (from 25 June) must be made by 25 May 2018. Please note: After May 4th, enrolment for a six-week online course is also subject to a one-time $100 enrollment charge.
In case you cannot find the answers, please do not hesitate to ask at the Summer College offices. What age do I need to be to participate in an online course? You' re at least a second-year high scholar. What is the number of courses I can attend? Due to the intensive studies during the summer and winter sessions, the student cannot register for more than eight points during a six-week summer session and no more than four during the winter session.
So what if I want to break off my course and alter my minds? Please do not hesitate to ask the summer session bureau if you have any queries. What does an online course costs? Please note: After May 4th, enrolment for a six-week online course is also subject to a one-time $100 enrollment charge. The student will also be billed for any delay charges. US-based students: We accept payments by bank cards through our online safe system.
If you are a student from outside the United States: In order to pay for your programme, please go to summercollege.flywire.com. In case your registration is not accompanied by your purchase, please indicate the means of paying and the date on which it was made at the top of the registration document. Can I get my deposit back if I cancel my course? Reimbursement plan for the summer session is:
For the first three course sessions 100% of the course fee will be reimbursed. 50% of the course fee will be reimbursed on the 4th and 5th course dates. Cancellation after the fifth working days will not be reimbursed. Please do not hesitate to ask the summer session bureau if you have any queries.
Can I take a course as a non-credit and afford a concession? The online lessons are taken on loan and the pro-credit lessons are valid. Would it be possible to use this form in my high schol? Are you going to give my high school diploma? No, your grades are classified information, and we're not sharing them with your high schools.
Do you have a list of classes (syllabus)? You will find the curriculum in the course descriptions in many cases. In case the curriculum for the course you are interested in is not available on the website, please consult the Summer College principal, who will work with you and the member of the department to obtain the information you need.
Where can I get the course material? As soon as you have received your Net ID (see below), the instructor who teaches the course will get in touch with you and give you directions on how to get to your classes, curriculum and other classroom information. Which is a net ID? For more information, please call the IT Service Desk at 607.255.5500. 5-hour lecture on an online course.
Keep in mind, this is an academic term that will be available in just a few short months. You should schedule two to three lessons of your own online-lectures. Students' tasks, testing, paperwork and more are posted on the website of the students as well as directly by the prof.
As soon as you are registered in the course, the member of the department will get in touch with you with a library listing, information on where to buy your library and your estimate of costs. Is there a certain point in the lesson? Online study allows you to watch the lessons in your timetable. Courses are available to all current and future graduate student.
If your classmate uses Blackboard or another type of VM, you can also use this website to comunicate. If you have to postpone the course starting date, however, it is best to get in touch directly with the member of the department to see if it is possible to do the work of a few workdays later.
